Mental performance

Performance under pressure is never about a single puzzle piece.

MENTAL PERFORMANCE IS LIKE PUTTING A PUZZLE TOGETHER.

Some pieces you find immediately, others take longer to understand, sometimes it feels like nothing fits and sometimes several pieces fall into place at the same time. That's how development under pressure works.

At Next Level Performance we don't work with mental training in the traditional sense. Our Mental Game method is based on the whole behind performance. For us, Mental Performance is not just about thoughts or motivation. It's about the interaction between focus, nervous system, breathing, perception, self-leadership and decision-making.

When one part is affected, the entire performance is affected. Just like in a puzzle, each piece needs to be understood and put into the right context. Sometimes development is rapid. Sometimes it requires patience, work and adjustments along the way.

But when more pieces fall into place, something stronger than temporary motivation is created: clarity, control, and presence when it matters most.

Mental Game is our method for Mental Performance. Where the person behind the performance is trained as a whole.

When it comes down to it, motivation is not what matters most.
