How you perceive is how you perform.

Sports Vision is about how the brain takes in, interprets and reacts to information under pressure. At high speed, perception, focus and decision-making determine how quickly and correctly you act.

What is  Sports Vision Training?

Sports Vision Training (SVT) is about training the visual skills that control how you perceive, interpret, and react to what happens around you — for example, during a game, while driving, or when competing in any sport.

It’s not your visual acuity that matters most – it’s how effectively your eyes and brain work together.

When you play sports, your eyes gather an enormous amount of information every second: movements, distances, directions, speeds, and positions. The brain processes that information and sends signals to your body – often in just fractions of a second.

The faster and more accurately that process works, the better your decisions become.

Sports Vision Training strengthens exactly this chain – from eye to brain to action.

It focuses on improving:

  • Peripheral vision – detecting movement outside your direct line of sight.

  • Reaction time – responding quickly to visual cues.

  • Focus control – shifting between near and far focus without losing orientation.

  • Visual processing – interpreting and prioritizing the right information under time pressure.

  • Eye–hand coordination – turning what you see into fast, precise movements.

Why Is It Important?

Up to 80% of all the information you use in sports comes through your vision.

The difference between reacting – or being too late – often comes down to milliseconds.

By training your visual system, you can:

  • Read the game earlier.

  • Anticipate situations before they happen.

  • Act with greater precision and calm.

That’s why Sports Vision Training has become a key part of elite athlete development – from NHL and NBA to Formula 1 and golf.

It trains your mental speed, not just your physical ability.

Picture This Moment:

You read the play half a second before everyone else.

You see the pass before it’s made, react before your opponent even thinks – and take control of the situation.

One second can be the difference between chasing the game and controlling it.

The difference between almost – and decisive.

What would that mean for your game?

For your confidence? For your career?

That’s exactly what Sports Vision Training is about –

giving you the mental and visual edge that makes the difference when everything is on the line.

See faster. Think faster. Act smarter. Win more.

How We Train Sports Vision

We use a combination of modern methods to challenge and train the brain – helping you become faster, more focused, and more confident in your decisions when it matters most.

The goal is to create a controlled “overload” that forces the brain to work smarter, not just harder.

Overload & Multitasking

During a game or competition, you need to do several things at once – read the play, stay focused, coordinate movement, and make split-second decisions.

We train this through exercises that combine visual stress and time pressure, strengthening the brain’s ability to prioritize and act quickly without losing control.

Blocking – Training Brain Speed

By temporarily limiting parts of your visual field or disrupting visual information, the brain is forced to adapt.

The result is faster, more efficient, and more precise processing – even when you can’t see everything.

Color and Contrast Training

At high speed, success depends on quickly recognizing motion, patterns, and contrast.

Through targeted exercises, you improve your ability to detect differences in color, light, and movement – helping you spot what’s important faster and make the right decision in the moment.

Memory Training

The brain must be able to store and use visual information instantly.

We train your visual working memory – the ability to recall patterns, positions, and movements – so you can make the right decisions without hesitation.

Breathing & Mental Control

The eyes and brain perform best when the body is in balance.

Through breathing training and mental focus, you learn to regulate your nervous system, reduce stress, and maintain concentration even under maximum pressure.

This allows you to perform with calm, clarity, and precision – even in the most critical moments.

HOW WE TRAIN SPORTS VISION

We use modern methods to challenge the interaction between eyes, brain and action.

The aim is to create a controlled overload that trains the brain to process information faster, maintain focus and make better decisions during

OVERLOAD & MULTITASKING

During performance, the brain has to handle several things at once: reading the game, filtering information, coordinating movements, and making decisions in fractions of a second. We train this through exercises with visual stress and time pressure — to develop speed without losing control.

BLOCKING & VISUAL ADAPTATION

By limiting parts of the field of vision or disrupting visual information, the brain is forced to adapt. It develops faster information processing, better precision and higher reaction ability even in chaotic situations.

COLOR & CONTRAST TRAINING

In fast-paced situations, much is determined by how quickly the brain detects movement, contrasts and changes. We train the ability to identify what is important faster — which improves timing, perception and decision-making.

VISUAL WORKING MEMORY

The brain must be able to store and use visual information immediately. We train working memory to recognize game patterns, positions and movements more quickly without having to hesitate .

BREATHING & MENTAL CONTROL

The eyes and brain function best when the nervous system is in balance. Through breath performance and mental focus, we train the ability to maintain calm, concentration and precision even under maximum pressure.

Everything takes place in a controlled and calm learning environment, allowing the brain to adapt and develop faster decision-making.

The image shows how Sports Vision Training at Next Level Performance, based in Stockholm and operating throughout Sweden, helps athletes improve their visual acuity, interpret movements faster and make better decisions when milliseconds matter.”

How you perceive is how you perform.

Today's performance is not just about physical capacity.

It's about how quickly you can:

• perceive

• process

decide

• act

Sports Vision Training develops the interaction between eyes, brain and body for faster reactions, better decisions and higher precision under pressure.

Used today by:

• elite athlete

youth athletes

police & military

motorsports athlete

• companies & leaders

For people who need to be able to perform when the pace and pressure increase.

BALL SPORTS

Read the game earlier In hockey, football, basketball and tennis, decisions are made in fractions of a second. Sports Vision develops the ability to:• read the game faster• detect moves earlier• improve timing and precision• make better decisions under pressure

MARTIAL ART

React before your opponent In MMA, boxing and martial arts, much is decided before the fight comes. We train perception, reaction and visual processing to help you: • read small movements • feel changes in tempo • react faster under pressure

MOTORSPORTS & HIGH SPEED SPORTS

Focus when everything is moving fastWhen speed increases, precision becomes crucial.Sports Vision improves:• focus • depth perception • reaction ability • visual control under high load

POLICE & MILITARY

Decisions under extreme pressureWhen seconds matter, calm, focus and quick perception are required. Sports Vision is used to develop: • situational awareness • visual reaction ability • stress tolerance • decision-making under pressure

EVERYONE CAN TRAIN SPORTS VISION

Sports Vision is not about level. It's about development. The training is adapted to the individual, performance and goals, but the purpose is always the same: To help you become • faster • sharper • more confident under pressure

HALF A SECOND CAN CHANGE EVERYTHING

Imagine reacting earlier than others. Seeing the solution faster. Staying calm when the pace increases. Small improvements in perception and decision-making can make a huge difference in sports, profession and performance.

SEE AUNT. THINK AUNT. PERFORM UNDER PRESSURE.

WHAT DO YOU SEE WHEN THE PRESSURE INCREASES?

Do you want to develop faster decisions, better focus and greater control under pressure?
